DESCRIPTION:
The project comprised the addition of 3 new theatres, entrance foyer, lobby, amenities,
projection room and offices in an extension to the existing building.
On completion the 3 existing theatres were refurbished and exterior of the building
upgraded to integrate with the new.
The existing cinema complex continued to trade throughout the entire rebuilding
operation.
Minimisation of noise, maintenance of services and public access were issues the
company’s site management co-ordinated with cinema management to ensure a successful
outcome.
