ROYAL FREEMASONS - REDMOND PARK

Behmer & Wright Pty Ltd has been delighted to work with Royal Freemasons on the extremely successful Redmond Park Retirement Living project located in Pigdon Street, Princes Hill, North Carlton.

The $22M project comprised an extension to an existing aged care facility, including partial demolition, construction of two additional levels and refurbishment to create 61 apartments. The development includes a commercial kitchen, lounge, dining room, library, business centre, TV room with bar, billiards room, hairdressing salon, consulting suites, arts and crafts studio and gymnasium.

ROYAL FREEMASONS - COPPIN CENTRE

Behmer & Wright Pty Ltd commenced construction of the Royal Freemasons' Coppin Centre in late 2009. This centre is a new state-of-the-art aged care development comprising a four storey contemporary building which integrates the site's historic features. The Coppin Centre Web Cam provides images of the development as it progresses.

This $28M development is due for completion later this year.
