PROJECT MANAGER |

Qualifications: Previous similar experience.
Relative tertiary qualification. Advanced Site Manager or Contracts Administrator with the
personal attributes and motivation required wishing to further career.
Remuneration: A remuneration package
incorporating salary, company vehicle and superannuation will be negotiated.

ESTIMATOR |
 |
Position description: The position will
involve the complete preparation of hard dollar tenders for a broad range of
projects in institutional, commercial, industrial and residential construction. The
incumbent will work in an environment that is strongly team oriented and will report to
the Chief Estimator.
Qualifications: Previous experience in a
similar role. Previous experience in a QS office. Appropriate tertiary qualification.
Remuneration: A
remuneration package incorporating salary and superannuation will be negotiated.

TRAINEE CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR |
 |
Position Description: Working
closely with and reporting to a Senior Contract Administrator on a number of the
companys current projects. The role will be wide and varied providing the trainee
with a solid grounding in all the fundamentals of contract administration, including,
budget development, trade packaging, calling for quotations, tender price analysis,
subcontract letting, purchasing, claims, variation pricing, measuring and estimating.
Qualifications: Building Degree or other
related tertiary qualification. Experience in a similar role. Tradesperson who has
undertaken additional industry related training with the attributes and motivation
required wishing to further develop career.
Remuneration: A remuneration appropriate to
the applicants development will be negotiated.
