Relative tertiary qualification. Advanced Site Manager or Contracts Administrator with the

TRAINEE CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR |

Position Description: Working
closely with and reporting to a Senior Contract Administrator on a number of the
companys current projects. The role will be wide and varied providing the trainee
with a solid grounding in all the fundamentals of contract administration, including,
budget development, trade packaging, calling for quotations, tender price analysis,
subcontract letting, purchasing, claims, variation pricing, measuring and estimating.
Location: Melbourne office
Qualifications: Building Degree or other
related tertiary qualification. Experience in a similar role. Tradesperson who has
undertaken additional industry related training with the attributes and motivation
required wishing to further develop career.
Remuneration: A remuneration appropriate to

RECEPTION / TYPIST / CLERK |

Position Description:
This is a position that will suit a person with broad based office skills that
will be utilised in variety of roles: as receptionist/telephonist where presentation and
communication skills will be foremost, as word processor and typist on a broad range of
office documentation (minimum 60 wpm and good knowledge of W4W required) and as accounts
clerk.
Location: Melbourne office
Qualifications: Previous experience in a
similar position. Related tertiary qualifications.
