The Vale Hotel - Springvale

DESCRIPTION:

The company project managed this development which comprised the design and construction of a completely new hotel with bar, restaurant and gaming facilities.

On completion of the new building  the existing hotel was demolished and car park and drive-in bottle shop completed.

The design, finishes and fittings were developed around a nautical theme all to good effect given the outstanding patronage since opening.

DANDENONG RSL

LOCATION : Clow Street, Dandenong 

CLIENT : Dandenong RSL 

ARCHITECT : D L Design 

DESCRIPTION : Single storey building extensions and extensive refurbishment of the existing buildings with carpark construction incorporating civil works.  This project was staged to permit the RSL to continue trading throughout the construction period. 

CONTRACT VALUE : $2.8M 

CONSTRUCTION TIME : 10 Months
