Site Managers

The role of a Site Manager is to manage the day-to-day operations of a project. Responsibility is assumed for the timescale of the project including managing any delays or issues arising during construction.

The position also includes directing and controlling trades, programming, client and superintendent liaison, quality assurance as well as Occupational Health & Safety management.

The position reports to the Construction Manager and Project Manager.

Qualifications:

Previous similar experience is essential and relevant tertiary qualification is preferred.

Advanced Site Forepersons with the personal attributes and motivation may wish to apply for this position to further their careers.

Remuneration:

A remuneration package incorporating salary and superannuation will be negotiated.
