Office Procedures

As part of Behmer & Wright’s Quality System, office procedures are implemented at all stages in the construction process.

This includes pre-contract review, in-construction review, document control, sub-contractor and supplier assessment, collection and maintenance of quality records, training of staff, design control and the compilation of inspection and test plans and construction schedules.

We use a Cheops system to efficiently and effectively manage our projects.

The roles and responsibilities are clearly defined for the project team to ensure our office activities complement and support those on a project site.
